has entered into a sale and purchase agreement with the TEN Group for The
Energy Network (New Zealand) Limited’s goodwill in agencies listed below.

Existing TEN NZ Ltd customers should expect business as usual and we will work
hard to ensure a smooth transition for these product lines.
TEN Group will continue to be active in the New Zealand market with sales and
leasing of transmission construction equipment.
